Delivery times
Books, colouring books and verse jars: 5 to 10 business days after your order is confirmed.
Handmade or personalised jars: they are prepared by hand, to order. It may take a little longer — we will let you know by e-mail if there is any delay.
E-books (PDF): sent by e-mail once payment is confirmed. Remember to check your spam folder.
Shipping costs
Shipping is free in France, as well as Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg and Guadeloupe. For any other destination, write to us before ordering. E-books have no shipping costs.
Tracking your parcel
As soon as it ships, you receive a confirmation e-mail with your tracking number. You can also track your order on the Order tracking page.
Damaged, lost or late parcel
If your parcel arrives damaged, take a photo of the parcel and the product, then contact us quickly. If your parcel has not arrived after the stated time, write to us: we will follow up with the carrier and find a solution with you (reshipment or refund).
Returns
You have 14 days after delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal. The conditions are detailed in our Return and refund policy. Downloaded e-books and personalised products cannot be returned, unless faulty.
